Chain stores that meet the conditions for establishment shall be registered by the administrative department for industry and commerce; Without registration, it shall not operate in the name of "chain store". The headquarters, distribution centers and stores of chain stores shall apply to the local administrative department for industry and commerce for registration. The headquarters handles the registration of enterprise legal person, and the distribution centers and stores handle the registration of enterprise legal person or business.

Article 4 The documents that chain stores should submit when applying for registration. To apply for registration, a chain store shall submit the following documents to the enterprise registration authority:

(a) materials that can prove that there are more than one store;

(two) the decision of the headquarters on the establishment of its wholly-owned or holding distribution centers and stores, or the chain operation contract signed by the headquarters and its stores with equity participation or without assets;

(3) Other documents and certificates required by laws and regulations on enterprise registration.

A chain operation contract shall stipulate the rights and obligations of both parties, including the following matters: (1) authorizing the use of the trademark and font size of the headquarters; Unified procurement and distribution of goods; Provide business technical content; The content of store decoration design; The content of the promotion; Content of quality management; The contents of the financial monitoring and franchise fee charged by the headquarters for the store; The contents of fair competition and intellectual property protection; The term, modification and rescission of the contract and the contents of the liability for breach of contract, etc.
