Two sets of 660,000 kW "large power and small power" in the first phase of Datang Jingtai Power Plant were approved by the National Development and Reform Commission on May 12, 2009. The unit adopts high-efficiency electrostatic precipitator and dry ash removal, and at the same time, wet desulfurization facilities are built, and the primary voltage is connected to the system. The annual coal consumption is 31.2000 tons, which is supplied to Jingtai local coal mine as a supplement by Lingwu mining area in Ningxia and Jingyuan mining area in Gansu, and transported to the factory by railway. The annual water consumption is 5.4 million tons, with the surface water of the main stream of the Yellow River as the water supply source, and the water consumption index is obtained through the conversion of water rights. The total investment of the project is 4.7 billion yuan.
Since the project was officially started in 2007, with the correct leadership and care support of the Group Company and Gansu Company, it has overcome the difficulties and unfavorable factors such as untimely delivery of equipment, rising prices of raw materials, lagging delivery of power grid projects, lagging construction of special railway lines, winter construction, etc. With the spirit of hard work and pragmatic style, it has been constantly pioneering and enterprising, actively promoting the rapid, sustained and coordinated development of Jingtai Power Plant project, and completed one milestone after another. Up to now, the accumulated investment has been completed. In the process of unit construction, auxiliary power supply, turbine lock-up, boiler water pressure, boiler ignition flushing, complete start-up, unit grid connection, on-load test, 168 trial run and desulfurization system passed the trial run of 168 hours at the same time, creating an advanced level of unit construction with great difficulty, fast construction speed, excellent cost control and good quality management.
In the process of engineering construction, the quality management activities of creating excellence and setting an example were carried out, and no engineering quality accidents occurred. Single projects and sub-projects meet the qualified standards, and pipeline insulation meets the excellent standards. During the trial operation of 1 unit 168, zero oil consumption was achieved, the shaft vibration of the unit was 58μm, and the coal consumption for power supply was 335 g/kWh. All economic and technical indicators have reached the design level. The safety and civilized construction management activities with the goal of "creating a safety and civilized construction model site of the group company" were carried out. No personal and equipment accidents occurred during the construction period, and civilized construction was maintained for a long time and continuously improved at a high level.
1 unit passed the trial run on February 6, 2009 168 hours, and unit 2 was put into operation on February 3, 2009/kloc-0. During the commissioning of the unit, all operating parameters, energy consumption indicators and emission indicators reached the design level, and the protection input rate reached 100%, the automatic input rate reached 100%, and the average load rate reached 97%. The desulfurization system also passed the debugging of 168 hours.
