From the date of the announcement of the application for trademark registration in Britain, anyone can raise an objection to the application for trademark registration to the director of the British Intellectual Property Office within the prescribed time limit, and the objection must be submitted in a prescribed written form, and its contents must include the reasons for the objection;

3. After the British trademark registration application is publicized, before the trademark is confirmed to be registered, anyone can put forward a written opinion to the director of the British Intellectual Property Office on whether the trademark should be registered, and the director of the British Intellectual Property Office shall inform the applicant of this opinion. It should be noted that the applicant for trademark registration will not become a party to the application for litigation.
