2. If an application for a patent for invention was filed with the China National Intellectual Property Administration Patent Office before January 1, 214 and was authorized in 214, the subsidy policy in 213 will be continued, with a maximum subsidy of 5, yuan per piece. After January 1, 214, the patent certificate of utility model or design in China was obtained, and each piece was funded by 3 yuan;

if the unit obtains the patent right in hong kong, Macao and Taiwan, it shall be funded with reference to the above standards.

in principle, the total amount of patent grant granted by each unit in China in that year shall not exceed 1.5 million yuan.

for the units with more than 6 invention patent applications and more than 4 invention patents granted in China in 214, the maximum subsidy for each unit shall not exceed 2 million yuan.

3. For those who have obtained the registration certificate of integrated circuit layout design issued by China National Intellectual Property Administration after January 1, 214, each item will be funded by 1 yuan;

For foreign patents with authorization certificates obtained after January 1, 214, the funding standard shall be implemented with reference to the official fees and agency fees actually paid by enterprises for obtaining foreign patents. Enterprises that have obtained invention patents from developed countries in North America, developed countries in the European Union and Japan will receive a maximum subsidy of 1, yuan per piece; Those who have obtained patent rights for inventions in countries other than the above-mentioned countries will receive a maximum subsidy of 3, yuan per piece (see Annex 1 for specific subsidy standards).
