If the above-mentioned individual or unit is not sure whether the information available on the Internet infringes upon its intellectual property rights, Baidu recommends that the individual or unit first consult a professional. In order for Baidu to effectively process the rights notification of the above-mentioned individuals or units, please use the following format (including the serial number of each clause): 1. Please provide specific contact information, including name, copy of ID card or passport (for natural persons), unit registration certificate Copy (for the unit), mailing address, telephone number, fax and email. 2. Please completely and accurately indicate the name of the allegedly infringing product and the address of the third-party webpage where the product is published. 3. Please provide preliminary proof of infringement. We would like to remind you that the following materials may constitute preliminary proof: a. Proof of ownership of intellectual property rights for the allegedly infringing product and/or legal exercise and intellectual property rights, b. Proof of ownership of the alleged infringement Evidence of product infringement. 4. Please sign the signature of the rights notice.
