2009 - Sheraton Huizhou Bailu Lake Resort, Raffles Hainan Clearwater Bay, JW Marriott Resort, Agile Horizon Hotel Hainan Clearwater Bay, Hainan Clearwater Bay, Hainan Clearwater Bay Agile Hilton , Hainan Clearwater Bay Jumeirah Agile Resort Hotel has signed management contracts. Guangzhou Agile Cambridge County, Huadu District 107 National Highway, Zhongshan Warehouse Charging Project, Guangzhou Zhujiang New Town B1-7 Project, and Nanhai District Xiqiao Business Plaza Project have officially started construction. Guangzhou Agile Cambridge County, Hainan Qingshuiwan, Xi'an Agile Garden, Shunde Agile Garden, etc. were officially launched for sale and received enthusiastic response. Shanghai Agile International Plaza completed structural engineering. 2008 - Agile reached an agreement with investment institution Morgan Stanley to jointly develop the Hainan Clearwater Bay project with a capital investment of more than 20 billion yuan and develop it into a large-scale comprehensive tourist resort.
