OEM production, also known as fixed-point production, is commonly known as OEM (production). OEM is the abbreviation of Original Equipment Manufacturer in English. According to the literal meaning, it should be translated into original equipment manufacturer. The basic meaning is that brand producers do not directly produce products, but use the key core technologies they have mastered to design and develop new products and control Sales channels, specific processing tasks are entrusted to other manufacturers of similar products through contract ordering. Afterwards, the ordered products will be bought out at a low price and directly labeled with their own brand trademarks. This cooperation method of entrusting others to produce is referred to as OEM. The manufacturer that undertakes the processing task is called an OEM manufacturer, and the products it produces are called OEM products. It can be seen that fixed-point production belongs to the OEM production method in processing trade, and in international trade it is the export of labor services using commodities as the carrier. If OEMs want to avoid quality problems, they must improve the quality control plan for the outsourced production process and dispatch quality control specialists to control the entire process from procurement to production, from the workshop to the finished product, so as to avoid product quality problems.

ODM
ODM is the abbreviation of Original Design Manufacturer in English, and the literal translation is original design manufacturer. ODM means that after a manufacturer designs a product, in some cases it may be favored by other companies and require the latter's brand name for production, or slightly modify the design for production. This allows other manufacturers to reduce their own development time. Manufacturers that undertake design and manufacturing business are called ODM manufacturers, and the products they produce are ODM products. The advantage of ODM is to save brand owners’ design time and R&D costs, but the disadvantage is that few manufacturers can control product defects and quality. Therefore, OEM brand quality problems frequently occur, and most of them are based on ODM applying other people's technology and production without core technology.
OBM
OBM means that the OEM operates its own brand. Since the OEM needs to have a complete marketing network to support the OBM, the cost of channel construction is very high and the energy spent is far away. It is higher than doing OEM and ODM, and often conflicts with your own OEM and ODM customers. Usually, in order to protect the interests of large customers, foundries rarely do OBM with great fanfare. OBM also means open book management model, that is, Open Book Management.
