When a merchant's infringement of trademark rights is a serious violation, only a warning will be issued for the first time; the second time the merchant is complained, the rights will be restricted for 7 days; the third time the merchant will be complained, the rights will be restricted for 15 days. If the same intellectual property rights are complained against for serious infringement, and the total reaches 3 times, the account will be closed directly; the fourth time the complaint is established, the account will be closed directly.

A complaint refers to the fact that the person whose rights have been infringed has the right to assert his or her rights to the relevant state agency against the illegal and criminal facts of the organization involved in the case infringing upon his or her legitimate rights and interests.
