1. According to Article 6 of the "Commodity Barcode Management Measures": Producers, sellers and service providers who have obtained business licenses and relevant legal business qualification certificates in accordance with the law can apply for registration of manufacturer identification codes.

2. The following information needs to be submitted: 1. Member registration form, fill it out and print it out and stamp it with the company’s official seal; 2. The company’s legal person business license or a copy and copy of the business license and a fee of 1,880 yuan; the application time is 1 working day.

3. According to Article 28 of the "Commodity Barcode Management Measures": the manufacturer identification code is valid for 2 years. If they need to continue using it, system members should complete the renewal procedures within 3 months before the expiration of the manufacturer identification code. If renewal procedures are not completed within the expiration date, the manufacturer identification code and membership will be cancelled.
