This is a provision on a separate application to expand the scope of application for a registered trademark. An application for trademark registration can only fill in one kind of goods or services. If an applicant for trademark registration wants to use the same trademark on different goods of the same category, he should apply separately, which mainly includes two situations: 1. Where an application for the use of the same trademark is made for different goods or services in the same category, an application for trademark registration shall be made for each commodity at the same time. 2. Where a specific commodity or service of the same commodity or service has been registered for use first, and the registered trademark user needs to use the unified trademark on other similar commodities, he shall apply separately according to different commodities.
