How does the slant-back label machine make plates when printing color labels? What is its working principle? Newbie and want to learn.

The plate-making process of color label printing on a slant-back trademark machine: The plate material usually used is a water-washable resin plate. The working principle of the resin plate-making machine is: stack the prepared film and resin plate together, and there should be no space between them. There is air (vacuuming), and then it is exposed through ultraviolet light. The light passes through the transparent part with pictures and text on the film, and the resin version under the film solidifies; while the parts without pictures and text on the film are black, which can prevent ultraviolet light from irradiating. It cannot be cured; after exposure, the plate is washed. Use a special brush to gently wash away the uncured resin plate, and the result is a cured printing plate.
