What should I do if a legal person changes the trademark?

Legal analysis: If the trademark is applied for in the name of a company, the owner is the company, and the change of the legal person will not affect the trademark owner. In this case, the trademark does not need to be changed. The trademark only needs to be changed if the company name and company address change.

Legal basis: "Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China" Article 41 If a registered trademark needs to change the name, address or other registration matters of the registrant, an application for change shall be submitted.

"Regulations on the Implementation of the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China" Article 30 If the name, address or other registration information of the trademark registrant is changed, a change application shall be submitted to the Trademark Office. If the name of the trademark registrant is changed, a change certification document issued by the relevant registration authority must also be submitted. If the Trademark Office approves the application, it will issue a corresponding certificate to the trademark registrant and make an announcement. If it approves the application, it shall notify the applicant in writing and explain the reasons.
