What do you know about self-adhesive labels?
Check whether the edge of the self-adhesive material is bonded and whether the backing paper is coated with silicon. Adhesion of the edge of the self-adhesive material or silicone oil leakage in some areas of the backing paper will lead to the breakage of the face paper when the waste is discharged in the printing process, and the normal production cannot be carried out. Therefore, before printing, take a piece of self-adhesive material about 1 m long and peel it off by hand to see if some or other parts of the edge can't be peeled off smoothly and consistently. Usually, the edge bonding between the face paper and the backing paper occurs on a cutting roller coated with self-adhesive materials, and generally only occurs at the outer layer of 7 meters to 10 meters. Therefore, when the cut edge of the self-adhesive material is stuck, don't immediately assert that the whole roll has this problem. In addition, it should be noted that peeling lightweight tissue paper (such as 60g/m2, 80g/m2 tissue paper) requires more force than peeling heavy tissue paper, and the lighter the tissue paper, the tighter the feel when peeling. Because of this, sometimes it is impossible to die-cut the self-adhesive materials selected by customers at normal printing speed according to the shape required by customers.
