It takes a lot of gravel to make sandpaper. Sandpaper is usually made of textiles, such as chemical fiber cotton, rather than paper. So how is sandpaper made?

First, cut the cloth, put it into a machine with a printing machine, and print the product information on the cloth once with a roller with a rubber printing head. Then the cloth passes through the roller under the printing machine to coat the unprinted side of the thermosetting rubber knife, and the density of the coating layer is measured by a computer system to confirm whether the coating is correct. By putting the cloth in the electrostatic area, the environment here is kept at high temperature and high humidity, which is very suitable for abrasive particles to attach to the cloth electrostatically.

Secondly, the fine sand particles fall on the conveyor belt, and the conveyor belt sends the particles under the cloth, which is located between the motor and the connecting plate, generating an electric field and causing the small sand to explode. Once in the air, the abrasive particles will adhere to the coated cloth and be firmly embedded in it. This electrostatic system can make particles evenly distributed on the cloth. Then the cloth coated with particles rolls out of the static area and returns to the upper layer. A technician cuts the sandpaper sample, peels off the granular layer, cuts out three different samples, and weighs each sample to confirm that there is indeed a sandpaper. The specifications are made accurately, and the particle surface is examined by microscope to confirm that the particles are evenly distributed.

Three, after inspection, sandpaper through 9 1 meter long oven. In three different heating zones, the temperature of each zone is higher than that of the last zone. The increasing temperature bakes the particles into an adhesive layer. Now, the particles are coated with a layer of resin, so that the particles can be closely combined with the surface of the substrate. Bake the branches to the surface and send them to cut. Cut some sandpaper rolls into large pieces, and these sandpaper rolls will be made into commercial desert bags for heavy-duty liquid production. Another machine presses out the desert disc, and four sandpaper rolls are opened at the same time, and enter a machine to cut four sandpapers into small rectangles at a time. These paper tapes can be used as skateboards, and of course they can also be made into various sandpapers to process different products.
