The time for trademark changes is generally June to August. After the trademark is approved for registration, if the name, address or other registration information of the trademark registrant changes, the trademark registrant shall apply to the Trademark Office for corresponding change procedures. Trademark change process: 1. Prepare the application documents and change application form, and select the form according to the specific content of the application; the applicant's identity document, a copy of the business license, ID card, etc.; if the entrusted agent submits the "Agency Letter of Attorney" 》, if applied directly in the acceptance hall, submit a copy of the handler's ID card; if applying to change the name of the registrant, a change certificate issued by the registration authority must also be submitted; if the application document is in a foreign language, a confirmation signed by a translation agency must also be provided Chinese translation. 2. To submit application documents, the applicant goes directly to the trademark registration hall. After the application documents are ready, submit them at the application acceptance window of the trademark registration hall. If a trademark agency is entrusted to handle the application, the trademark agency will deliver the application documents to the Trademark Office. 3. Pay the change fee. A change fee of RMB 250 is required for a change application. If you entrust an agency to handle the matter, you will also need to pay an agency fee. If the name, address or other registration information of the trademark registrant is changed, a change application must be submitted to the Trademark Office.
