How to distinguish the authenticity of Jian Nanchun?

Jiannanchun Liquor is produced in the Jiannanchun Distillery in Mianzhu County, Sichuan Province. It is a strong-flavor liquor and is a top-notch wine. It has been listed in the selection of Chinese famous wines. In order to prevent counterfeiting, Jiannanchun Winery has adopted a series of important protective measures over the years, which is more conducive to consumers' senses to identify the authenticity of wine and protect their legitimate rights and interests in accordance with the law. (1) Bottle cap identification Since March 1987, 500mL bottles of various types of Jiannanchun wine have been sealed with anti-theft seals. The caps are milky white metal aluminum with a diameter of 2.9cm, and are marked with "Yangtze River Bridge" for export. There are two registered trademarks for domestic sales: "Jiannanchun brand". The upper part of the bottle cap is marked with the words "China Sichuan Mianzhu Jiannanchun Winery" in red, and the middle part is marked with the words "Chinese Famous Wine" and "MIANZHUJANNANCHUNWINERY" and "SICHUANCHINA". The English words below are the break lines. When using, just rotate the lid and start from the break line. It will automatically break off by 0.5cm, reducing the total height of the bottle cap from 3.3cm to 2.8cm, as a sign that it has been opened. (2) To identify Jiannanchun wine with a size of less than 250mL, plastic covers and seals are often used for sealing. The seal is light green and printed with the words "Sichuan Mianzhu Jiannanchun Winery" in green seal script. It is neat, beautiful and clearly printed. (3) Trademark quality identification. All trademarks of Jiannanchun Wine are printed at fixed points. The printing quality is high and stable, and the patterns and text are very clear. The current designated printing factories are Chongqing Printing Factory No. 3, Mianzhu County Printing Factory and Shifang County Printing Factory. Pirated trademarks are often blurred or have inaccurate color registration. (4) Wine quality identification Jiannanchun wine has three characteristics: "rich cellar aroma", "long aftertaste", "mellow and sweet aftertaste, clear and refreshing". Because the authentic wine is fermented in old cellars and stored in clay pots for a long time, and the wine is of strong aroma, the aroma fills the room once the bottle cap is opened. The wine has a smooth entrance, a pure and refreshing taste, no strong irritation, a sweet aftertaste, and a long aftertaste. Fake wines generally have no aroma or a weak aroma. Some are over-flavored and produce strong aroma and odor. The color of the wine is not correct, and the wine is smelly. Mixed, poor transparency. The new packaging of Jiannanchun, a famous Chinese wine, has been put on the market since August 2001. It uses the world's most advanced texture anti-counterfeiting technology to prevent counterfeiting. According to the company that provides this technology, it is just like fingerprint recognition, there is no mistake. This texture anti-counterfeiting technology can quickly identify authenticity. There are three ways to make inquiries: 1. Free inquiry by phone. Dial 800-8768315, follow the language prompts to select dial 1 or 2, then enter or verbally report the label number on the bottle, and then compare the texture characteristics you hear with the bottle being checked. If they match, After dialing 1, you will hear "It is a certain product produced by a certain factory"; if it does not match, after dialing 2, you will be told the authenticity of the product you are checking; if the label number is fake, you will be told "Beware of counterfeits." 2. Free fax inquiry. Dial 800-8768315, follow the voice prompts to select dial button 3, enter the label number of the wine bottle being checked, listen to the prompts and press the receive button on the fax machine to receive a texture fax picture of the label. Comparing the two can identify authenticity. 3. Internet query. The user enters the anti-counterfeiting website www.315net.com, enters the label number of the wine bottle being checked in the text box according to the page prompts, and presses the "Query" function key. A texture photo of the label of the wine bottle being checked is immediately displayed on the computer. Authenticity can be identified by comparison. How to distinguish authentic and fake Wuliangye wine (new packaging) (1) From the outer packaging, mainly look at the external anti-counterfeiting label 1. There are cartoon characters printed by laser on the anti-counterfeiting label, and the ribbon on the character has "Wuliangye Co., Ltd." printed on it. " words. 2. There are laser-printed words "Wuliangye" on the left and right edges of the logo, half on the logo and half on the bottle cap. 3. The five characters "scratch to check authenticity" have the same strokes and fonts, consistent thickness, moderate color and redness. The fonts are matte, dull, and non-reflective, which are genuine. Fake ones are prone to inconsistent fonts, different thicknesses, unnatural red colors, and reflections.

(Note: This point is the key point of identification. Other anti-counterfeiting features in the counterfeit wines we seized can be very similar, but this point cannot be copied) (2) Judging from the anti-counterfeiting mark on the inner bottle 1. Authentic product The golden part on the logo is very bright and has the English letters "SP" printed on it. When the angle of the bottle is changed, the letters appear and disappear. At the same time, the golden yellow particles of the logo texture are smooth and delicate. 2. The gray strip in the middle of the genuine anti-counterfeiting mark is silver-gray and bright, and the 22-digit search number inside is different from the number on the outer packaging; the fake anti-counterfeiting mark is mostly off-white and bluish in color. 3. Use a magnifying glass to look at the label of the genuine product. On the factory door pattern, which is the edge of the circle similar to the shape of a red sun, you will see the words "Wuliangye" composed of Chinese pinyin, and it is very clear, while the fake ones have blurry words. (3) On the back of the inner bottle trademark, you can see the production batch through the bottle body. The production batches of 52 degrees and 39 degrees are different. (Old packaging) When identifying, the main thing is to look at the anti-counterfeiting mark on the wine bottle (1). The color of the genuine product is silver-gray and shiny; the fake ones are mostly silver-gray with bluish color and darker. (2) When viewed under the sun, there is a laser-printed "W" and the Wuliangye Distillery logo inside the logo. When the bottle is turned, the genuine "W" and the factory logo will appear alternately. False ones will not alternate. (3) The red color of the authentic mark is natural and the color depth is moderate. The new generation (VSI) Wuliangye special anti-counterfeiting mark identification and detection method Wuliangye new generation special anti-counterfeiting mark is made of special disposable materials. Please follow the following instructions to inspect: Under natural light, you can clearly see the white anti-counterfeiting mark printed on it. Red (Wuliangye) pattern. At the same time, you can see the unique silver VSI pattern of Wuliangye's new generation of special anti-counterfeiting marks. General methods for identifying real and fake wine:

1. Look at the bottle shape. Many famous brand liquors have unique bottle shapes. For example, Moutai has been using white cylindrical glass bottles for many years, with a smooth bottle body and no impurities; Luzhou Laojiao Tequ uses a colorful bottle with the words "Luzhou Laojiao Winery Patented Bottle" on the bottom of the bottle. Fake wine bottles are of varying shapes and thicknesses, the outer packaging is old and lacks freshness, and the sealing is not tight or the teeth are not neat.

2. Look at printing. The printing of good liquor labels is very particular; the paper is fine and white, the fonts are standard and clear, the color is bright and even, the pattern registration is accurate, and the ink lines do not overlap. If there are English or Pinyin letters, the size should be consistent. In addition, many brands of liquor now use laser anti-counterfeiting marks on the packaging boxes or bottle caps. For example, Moutai has two types of anti-counterfeiting patterns: "Flying Sky" and "Pentagram". When viewed from different angles, they will show different colors, and only It can be used once, and it cannot be restored if it is slightly damaged.

3. Look at the bottle caps. Recently, most of the bottle caps of famous liquors in my country use aluminum metal anti-theft caps. They are characterized by smooth cap body, uniform shape, easy opening, neat and clear patterns and words on the cap, and corresponding tight. If it is a counterfeit product, it often leaks out when turned upside down, the cover is not easy to twist off, and the pattern and text are blurred.

4. Look at the packaging. In addition to the exquisite printing, the paper cap packaging of real wine has neat and tight edge seams, with no gaps left by uneven tightness; some bottle caps are also wrapped with plastic film. The packaging is very tight and there is no looseness.

5. See the clarity and turbidity. From the appearance of the glass bottle, the liquor should be absolutely clear and transparent with no precipitation. The clearer and more transparent the better. You can hold the wine bottle in your hand, slowly turn it upside down, and observe the bottom of the bottle to see if there is any sinking material or cloud-like phenomenon. As a general rule, if the hops are evenly distributed, the density gap is obvious, and the hops slowly disappear, and the wine is clear and transparent, it is a high-quality wine.

6. Smell the aroma. One way is to pour a little less wine on your hands, rub it with both hands for a while to heat the wine, and then smell its aroma. Generally speaking, if the wine smells fragrant, it is a fine wine; if it smells sweet, it is a medium wine; if it smells bitter, it must be a fake wine. Another method is to add a drop of cooking oil to the wine and see how the oil moves in the wine. If the oil spreads evenly in the wine and sinks evenly, the quality of the wine is good; if the oil diffuses irregularly in the wine and the sinking speed changes significantly, it is certain that there is a problem with the quality of the wine.
