(2) Organize publicity and learning of legal knowledge and exchange experiences related to intellectual property;
(3) Mediation according to law and handle patent disputes arising from bureau-affiliated units;
(4) Assist bureau-affiliated units or cooperate with other law enforcement units to mediate and resolve intellectual property disputes between bureau-affiliated units or outside the bureau system;
(5) Responsible for the intellectual property management of various national plans and projects. Article 15 The unit shall make it clear that the leaders in charge and the centralized management departments are responsible for the protection of intellectual property rights. Their main responsibilities are:
(1) Promote and organize employees to learn the knowledge of the unit on the laws and regulations for intellectual property protection. Detailed rules or measures for property rights protection, and organize their implementation;
(2) Responsible for the undertaking unit’s patent or appraisal application, trademark registration, achievement registration, etc.;
(3) Accreditation unit’s Trade secrets, and clarify the content, scope and protection measures of recognized trade secrets;
(4) Participate in the signing or review of various contracts and agreements involving intellectual property rights in the unit;
(5) Accept the entrustment of the legal representative of the unit and be responsible for the handling of intellectual property disputes, litigation and other work on behalf of the unit.
