To obtain a liquor production license, a liquor producer shall meet the following conditions:
(a) in line with the national industrial policy;
(2) Having advanced production equipment and venues and facilities suitable for the production scale;
(three) professional and technical personnel with advanced production technology and familiar with liquor production;
(4) Having production, hygiene and environmental protection conditions and management systems to ensure the quality of products, and the products meet the prescribed quality standards and national hygiene standards;
(5) Having a product quality inspection institution, complete testing means and qualified inspectors;
(6) Other conditions stipulated by laws and regulations.
