1. You can contact the store for authorization certificate, replacement or refund. If you refuse, you can add comments.
2. You can contact Taobao customer service, submit photos and ask the store for authorization. You can suspect that there is something wrong with the product quality, but it is difficult for you to provide the quality inspection report. You have to ask the store to show the authorization certificate.
3. Ask the store to make an invoice, and then find the manufacturer.
