Article 20 Publication printing enterprises shall not print publications expressly prohibited by the state and publications published by non-publishing units.

Article 21 The printing contract system shall be implemented for printed publications. For each printing variety of publications, the entrusting printing unit and the undertaking printing enterprise shall sign a printing contract in accordance with relevant national regulations.

Article 22: When undertaking the printing of books or periodicals entrusted by a publishing unit, the printing enterprise must verify and store the books and printing authorization letters stamped by the publishing unit; when undertaking the printing of newspapers entrusted by the publishing unit, , the newspaper registration certificate must be verified; if a publishing unit entrusts the printing of supplements to newspapers or periodicals, in addition to verifying the registration certificate, the approval document or sealing certificate of the press and publication administrative department must also be verified.

Article 23 When undertaking the printing of internal informative publications, the printing enterprise must verify the printing approval certificate issued by the press and publication administrative department of the people's government of the province, autonomous region, or municipality directly under the Central Government.

Article 24 When printing publications across provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government, the printing enterprise must, in addition to verifying the approval documents issued by the press and publication administrative department of the people's government of the province, autonomous region, or municipality where the entrusted printing unit is located, It is also necessary to verify the seal approval certificate issued by the press and publication administrative department of the people's government of the province, autonomous region, or municipality where the printing enterprise is located.

Article 25: To undertake the printing of overseas publications, the printing enterprise must hold legal certification documents related to copyright and obtain approval from the press and publication administrative department of the people's government of the province, autonomous region, or municipality directly under the Central Government; the printed publications All must be exported and cannot be sold within the country.

Article 26 The entrusted printing unit must, in accordance with relevant national regulations, publish the name and address of the publishing unit, the book number, issue number or edition number, publication date or issue on the entrusted printed publications, Undertake the real name and address of the printing company, and other relevant matters.

Article 27 The printing enterprise shall not sell, print without authorization, or accept the entrustment of a third party to print entrusted publications, and shall not pirate the publications.

Article 28 The printing enterprise shall not rent, lend, sell or in any other way transfer the publication paper types and printing negatives entrusted by the publishing unit to other units or individuals.

Article 29 Printing enterprises shall not publish or sell publications for subscription, nor may they print or sell publications in the name of others by counterfeiting or misappropriating them.

Chapter 4 Printing of Packaging and Decoration Printing Materials

Article 30: Packaging, decoration and printing enterprises shall not print counterfeit or counterfeit trademarks, logos and product packaging and decoration printing materials of others, and may not print products that may Advertisements, instructions and other promotional materials that mislead consumers.

Article 31: When undertaking the printing of advertising materials with the content of introducing products, the printing enterprise must verify the readability of the mermaid certificate issued by the packaging and decoration printed matter management department in accordance with relevant national regulations, and verify the commissioned printing. The unit’s business license and advertising business qualification certificate.

Article 32 If undertaking the printing of trademarks and logos, the relevant national regulations on trademark printing management shall be followed.

Article 33 When undertaking the printing of packaging and decoration printed matter, the printing enterprise shall deliver all printed finished products, semi-finished products, waste products, printing plates, paper patterns, negatives, original manuscripts, etc. to the entrusted printing unit, and shall not do so without authorization Retain.

Article 34 Those who undertake the printing of overseas packaging and decoration printed matter must be reviewed by the packaging and decoration printed matter management department prescribed by the people's government of the province, autonomous region, or municipality directly under the Central Government where they are located, and all printed packaging and decorative printed matter must be transported out of the country. , shall not be sold within the country.

Chapter 5 Printing of Other Printed Materials

The printing enterprise undertaking the work shall not keep samples or proofs for the prints in the first two paragraphs.
