Jiangxi, referred to as "Jiangxi" for short, is a provincial administrative region of People's Republic of China (PRC), with Nanchang as its capital. In 733 AD, Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty set up a west road in the south of the Yangtze River, which was named Hangshu, also referred to as Ganjiang, the largest river in Hangshu.
Jiangxi is located in the southeast of China, on the south bank of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, and in East China. It is bounded by east longitude 1 13 34' 36 "- north latitude1828' 58 "-north latitude 24 29' 14 "-30 04'.

Hydrological climate:
The climate belongs to the subtropical warm and humid monsoon climate, and the annual average temperature is about 16.3- 19.5℃, which generally rises from north to south. The annual average temperature in northeastern Jiangxi, mountainous areas in northwestern Jiangxi and Poyang Lake Plain is 16.3- 17.5℃, and that in southern Jiangxi Basin is 19.0- 19.5℃.
The summer is long, and the average temperature in July is 28.0-29.8℃ except for the surrounding mountainous areas in the province. The extreme maximum temperature is almost above 40℃, which is one of the hottest areas in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River.

Jingdezhen porcelain is famous at home and abroad for its characteristics of "white as jade, bright as a mirror, thin as paper and smooth as a tune". CHINA's English name "China" originated from foreign understanding of China porcelain.
Zhou Enlai, Premier of People's Republic of China (PRC), praised Zhangshu Site Liquor as "clear, fragrant, mellow and pure", hence the name Site Liquor. Suichuan Gougunao Tea won the gold medal in Panama International Food Expo. Nanfeng tangerine is a royal tribute in history.
The "five greens" produced by Wuyuan and the black tea produced by fellow practitioners in the waters are known as "peerless products". Lushan Yunwu Tea is listed as one of the top ten famous teas in China. Gannan navel orange, Nanfeng tangerine, Suichuan kumquat and Nankang sweet pomelo are all precious local varieties.
