Training objectives
Training to meet the needs of socialist construction, develop morally, intellectually and physically in an all-round way, systematically master legal knowledge, be familiar with Chinese laws and regulations, reach the level equivalent to a four-year undergraduate degree in law major in full-time colleges and universities, and be able to work in state organs and enterprises.
(2) Business training requirements:
I mainly study the basic theory and knowledge of law, receive the basic training of legal thinking and business skills, have the basic ability and innovative consciousness to analyze and solve problems by using legal theory and knowledge, and have strong self-study ability.
Second, the academic system is
two years. Implement the academic year credit system or try out the complete credit system. On the basis of junior college, CCTV arranges teaching plans according to three-year spare-time study. Credits are valid for 8 years.

V. Teaching and Teaching Management
The compulsory courses are uniformly offered by the Central Radio and TV University, and the unified syllabus, unified textbooks, unified examinations and unified grading standards are implemented. Strengthen the management of teaching process by means of centralized counseling and patrol teaching and examination.
If students have completed English (1) and (2) in junior college, English (3) and (4) can be used as compulsory courses in undergraduate course instead of English (1) and (2); You can also choose College English (3) as a compulsory course instead of English (1) and (2).

Elective courses are offered at both the junior college stage and the undergraduate stage. Local TV universities or students can freely
choose according to their needs, but the elective courses that have been selected in the junior college stage may not be used repeatedly in the undergraduate stage. Local TV universities can also offer elective courses according to the training objectives and local needs.
Students who have taken part in the junior college stage will not take part in the undergraduate course now, but can take the compulsory courses in the undergraduate course as the elective courses in the junior college stage.
4. Students who have graduated from a non-law college or above must make up courses such as Jurisprudence and Constitution, Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Law, Civil Law and Civil Procedure Law, Administrative Law and Administrative Procedure Law, and Economic Law when taking part in the undergraduate study of law.
5. The courses with unified services can be supported by teaching resources such as syllabus, multi-media teaching materials and exams provided by CCTV.
6. Students can choose courses from the public elective list, and students are also allowed to choose courses across disciplines. But the credits of this part of the course generally do not exceed 1% of the total credits of the course.
7. All legal courses must be arranged with usual assignments, which are jointly organized by Central TV University and local TV University. Homework grades are included in the total course grade. English homework scores account for 2% of the total course scores. Those who have no usual homework results are not allowed to take the course completion examination.
8. The examination of each course of law major should be based on the syllabus and text textbooks, and the theoretical knowledge and application ability should be properly arranged when making a proposition. The examination paper is based on the 1-point system, and the paper score accounts for 85% of the total score. The usual homework scores account for 15% of the total scores. Those who pass the examination of a single course in the undergraduate stage will be awarded the certificate of course examination by the Central Radio and TV University and China University of Political Science and Law.
9. the local TV university is responsible for organizing and implementing the centralized practice link according to the syllabus (requirements). Mock trial, legal consultation, special debate, internship, social investigation and other forms can be taken, and no exemption is allowed.
1. The graduation thesis focuses on cultivating students' ability to solve practical problems by comprehensively applying what they have learned. The topics can be diversified and the topics should meet the teaching requirements of law majors.
VI. Graduation
The minimum graduation credit is 71 credits. Students who have obtained the required total graduation credits through study and whose ideological and moral qualities meet the requirements are allowed to graduate. The Central Radio and TV University and China University of Political Science and Law jointly issue graduation certificates, and the state recognizes its undergraduate degree in higher education. Those who pass the English proficiency test prescribed by the state will be awarded the Bachelor of Law degree by China University of Political Science and Law.

1. History of Chinese Legal System
This course teaches the history of China's self-development, commerce and industry. The historical process of the formation and development of the legal system from the Western Zhou Dynasty to the founding of the People's Republic of China, as well as the important legislative situation and the basic contents of important laws in each period, aims to make students have a general understanding of the formation of China's legal system, critically absorb and learn from the beneficial things in the legal systems of previous dynasties, deepen their understanding of the basic theory of Marxist law, and lay a solid foundation for the historical knowledge of departmental law.

2. International Law
The teaching purpose of this course is to enable students to master the basic knowledge, principles and common sense of international law. The teaching content of this course is divided into two parts: general discussion and sub-discussion. The general part expounds the basic theoretical issues of international law, including its nature and foundation, basic principles, subjects and countries. The discussion part expounds the rules and regulations of the principles and rules of international law in various fields of international relations, including territorial law, law of the sea, space law, individuals in international law, international organization law, diplomatic and consular relations, treaty law, international economic law, international dispute law and war law. 3. Private International Law
The teaching purpose of this course is to enable students to master the basic concepts, principles and knowledge of private international law, and to analyze and solve relevant foreign-related civil legal problems in practice accordingly. this course expounds the concept, characteristics and basic principles of international economic law. Combined with the relevant legislative and judicial practice activities in China, it introduces the basic theory and knowledge of international economic law.

5. Intellectual Property Law This course mainly expounds the concept and principles of intellectual property rights, systematically discusses the basic theories, basic knowledge and basic skills of specific operations of China's patent law, trademark law, copyright law and anti-unfair competition law, and introduces the main contents and development trends of international intellectual property-related conventions in combination with China's legislative and judicial practice activities, so as to enable students to comprehensively master China's intellectual property legal system and its provisions and understand the main provisions and development of international intellectual property rights.
6. Contract Law
This course systematically expounds the basic theory and knowledge of China's contract law, as well as various civil, economic and technical contract norms. This paper systematically discusses the conclusion, effectiveness, performance, alteration and transfer of contracts, termination of rights and obligations of contracts, liability for breach of contract and other related issues from both theoretical and practical aspects. It also specifically introduces the contracts related to buying and selling, power supply, water, gas, heat, gift, loan, financing, contracting, construction project, transportation, technology, storage, warehousing, entrustment, discipline and intermediary.
7. Commercial Law This course outlines the concepts, characteristics, basic principles and basic knowledge of company law, negotiable instrument law, insurance law, securities law and bankruptcy law. This paper introduces the relevant legal system in China and the development trend of this subject. By studying commercial law, students can understand the legal system of companies, bills, insurance, securities and so on.
8. Legal documents Legal documents include normative legal documents and non-normative legal documents. This course mainly teaches judicial documents and civil litigation papers, which are the basic contents of non-normative legal documents.
the teaching purpose of this course is to enable students to master the writing requirements and methods of relevant judicial documents and civil litigation documents, and to cultivate students' ability to write relevant judicial documents and civil litigation documents.

9. Labor Law
This course is a compulsory course.
this course teaches all kinds of laws and regulations in China's labor law. By studying this subject, it is required to fully understand the basic theory and knowledge of labor law, comprehensively and systematically master the contents of China's labor law, and apply the basic theory of labor law to solve practical problems in the legal adjustment of labor relations in China. On the basis of studying this course, students can make a comparative study of foreign labor laws.
