According to available information, "Xuzhou Prefecture Chronicles" written by Jiaqing of the Qing Dynasty. It is recorded in "Products": "Onions, leeks, garlic... Chinese cabbage, green vegetables, cyanine... All can be found in the county annals." This shows that green vegetables, the raw material of bean sprouts, were already widely cultivated at that time.
