Accounts that are not bound with motor vehicles and driver's licenses can only handle the pre-selected motor vehicle number plate and motor vehicle driver's exam reservation business through the Internet platform.
4. The information of "mobile phone number", "mailing address" and "postal code" filled in by the applicant will automatically cover the information of "mobile phone number", "mailing address" and "postal code" of my local motor vehicle and driver's license.
5. The applicant should provide complete, true, accurate, effective and up-to-date personal information. Personal information (including the validity period of the certificate) should be changed through the Internet platform in time. Private rights. However, due to malicious cyber attacks and other circumstances beyond the control of the traffic management department of the public security organ, the applicant agrees that the traffic management department of the public security organ will not bear any responsibility.
6. The applicant should keep the account number and password. It is forbidden to give, borrow, lease, transfer or sell.
7. The traffic administrative department of the public security organ shall not be responsible for the illegal use of the account and password by others due to the applicant. Due to hacking, the traffic management department of the public security organ is responsible for cooperating with relevant departments to investigate.
8. In view of the particularity of network services, the traffic administrative department of the public security organ has the right to interrupt or terminate part or all of the services.
9. The traffic administrative department of the public security organ respects and protects the personal privacy of the applicant. However, due to malicious cyber attacks and other circumstances beyond the control of the traffic management department of the public security organ, the applicant agrees that the traffic management department of the public security organ will not bear any responsibility.
10. The applicant shall bear all legal responsibilities for all activities and events that occur through his account.
