Article 68 of the Trademark Law stipulates some illegal acts of trademark agencies: ① Forging, altering or using forged or altered legal documents, seals and signatures in the process of handling trademark affairs; (2) soliciting trademark agency business by defaming other trademark agencies or disrupting the order of the trademark agency market by other improper means; (3) Violating the provisions of Article 4 and Paragraph 3 and Paragraph 4 of Article 19 of this Law. Article 88 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Trademark Law specifies the above-mentioned "acts of disrupting the order of the trademark agency market by other improper means", including: ① soliciting business by means of fraud, false propaganda, misleading or commercial bribery; (2) Concealing facts or providing false evidence, or threatening or inducing others to conceal facts or provide false evidence; (three) to accept the entrustment of two parties with conflicts of interest in the same trademark case.
