1. If you are sued by another company for trademark infringement, the defendant can collect evidence that does not infringe the trademark right and receive the Respond to the indictment;

Article 61 The parties and legal representatives may entrust one or two people as litigation agents .
The following persons can be entrusted as litigation agents:
(1) Lawyers and grassroots legal service workers;
(2) Close relatives or close relatives of the parties concerned Staff;
(3) Citizens recommended by the community, unit and relevant social groups where the parties are located.
Article 67 The parties concerned are responsible for providing evidence for their claims.
The People's Court shall investigate and collect evidence that the parties and their litigation agents cannot collect on their own due to objective reasons, or evidence that the People's Court deems necessary to hear the case.
The People's Court shall comprehensively and objectively review and verify evidence in accordance with legal procedures.
Article 128 The People's Court shall send a copy of the complaint to the defendant within five days from the date of filing the case, and the defendant shall submit a defense within fifteen days from the date of receipt. The defense statement shall state the name, gender, age, ethnicity, occupation, workplace, residence, and contact information of the defendant; the name, residence, and name, position, and contact information of the legal person or other organization and the legal representative or principal person in charge. The People's Court shall send a copy of the defense to the plaintiff within five days from the date of receipt of the defense.
If the defendant fails to submit a statement of defense, it will not affect the trial of the People's Court.
