What are the 9 categories of trademark registration?

Class 9 of trademark registration is scientific instruments, electronic products, and security equipment. In particular, it includes: laboratory instruments and apparatus for scientific research, electrical instruments and apparatus for navigation, such as measuring and signaling instruments and apparatus, protractors, punch card office machines, and all computer programs and software regardless of recording media or transmission channels. This includes software recorded on magnetic media or downloaded from a remote computer network.

In particular, the following electric instruments and equipment are not included:

(1) Electrical appliances for cooking (food grinders and blenders, juicers, electric coffee grinders, etc.) and Other equipment and appliances using electric motors in Category 7;

(2) Appliances for extracting or dispensing fuel (Category 7);

(3) Electric razors and hair clippers ( Hand tools) (Class 8);

(4) Electric toothbrushes and combs (Class 21);

(5) Room heating or liquid heating, cooking, ventilation and other electrical equipment (Category 11);
