Relevant renewals can be processed within 6 months before the expiration date, the extension period is also 6 months, and the renewal validity period is also 10 years. If a trademark is not used for three consecutive years after registration, any interested party may apply to cancel the registered trademark, except if the right holder is unable to use it normally due to force majeure.
