The face value of the card with a face value of 300 yuan and 1,000 yuan will be marked on the back of the card; as for the card with a face value of 100 yuan, 200 yuan, and 500 yuan, you can check the 16-digit card number on the front of the card, from left to right. (1) Smart ordinary card (yellow card surface and card number starting with 8888), you can apply for renewal at Smart Company , pay a service fee of 10 yuan per card, and the validity period is extended for one year. The service fee can be deducted from the card (the balance in the card must be greater than 10 yuan) or paid in cash. For other co-branded cards or special cards, the co-branded unit shall formulate renewal regulations.
(2) For the Home Deli co-branded card (yellow card surface and card number starting with 8801), there are two processing methods: 1. You can pay a 10 yuan cash handling fee at Smart Company to extend the validity period One year. 2. You can also go to any Jiadeli store to go through one-time consumption procedures, spend all the money on the card at once, and the cashier will take the card back.
(3) For Carrefour special cards (blue card face and card number starting with 8808), you can use it directly at Carrefour stores in East China before the designated time of Carrefour. For specific usage time limits, please consult each Carrefour store or call Smart company service hotline consultation.
(4) For other co-branded cards, please consult the co-branded card merchant.
The service card is damaged:
You can go to Smart Company’s customer service center to register the bad card. Smart Company will take back the bad card and issue a replacement voucher. Smart Company will After 7 working days, notify the customer service department of Smart Company to pick up the card (must bring the replacement voucher). There will be no charge for replacement of damaged cards within one year of the purchase date (and not due to human damage)[2].
