Dukang

One legend holds that winemaking began with Dukang (also from the Xia Dynasty). The entry explaining the word "wine" in "Shuowen Jiezi" of the Eastern Han Dynasty includes: "Dukang makes rice wine." The same statement is made in "Shiben".

Nerv’s Red

Shaodaozi

It is the common name for shochu. Shochu is a name that is different from rice wine, and generally refers to distilled liquor with a relatively high alcohol content.

Huadiao wine

Huadiao wine originated in the Dawenkou Culture period of Shandong Province six thousand years ago and represents the long-standing Chinese wine culture. Among the Huadiao wines from various places, the oldest one is undoubtedly the Huadiao wine from Shaoxing, Zhejiang.

Laobaigan Liquor

Hengshui Laobaigan Liquor has a long brewing history. According to written records, it can be traced back to the Han Dynasty (104 AD). It became famous in the Tang Dynasty and was officially named in the Ming Dynasty. It is famous for its "mellow and elegant fragrance, sweetness and softness".
