The trademark registration certificate is lost and there is an electronic version. At present, the e-cert is sent to the system mailbox of the agency through the meeting handled by the agency for online filing, and the agency can download it. If you don't have a single account number for the trademark you handle, you can't download the e-certificate. If the Trademark Registration Certificate is lost, an application for a replacement of the Trademark Registration Certificate shall be submitted to the Trademark Office, and a statement of loss shall be published in the Trademark Announcement. If the trademark registration certificate is damaged, it shall be returned to the Trademark Office when the application for replacement is submitted.

Matters needing attention in reissue of trademark registration certificate

When a trademark applicant makes corrections to an irregular or unspecified commodity or service, it may modify or delete it, but it shall not expand the scope of the commodity or service. After making corrections according to the requirements for correction, the trademark applicant shall sign or affix the official seal in the corresponding blank position. Where the trademark registration is entrusted to an agency, the official seal of the agency shall be affixed.

Where the trademark pattern is unclear or the trademark description should be filled in, the trademark applicant shall make corrections as required, but no substantive corrections can be made to the trademark pattern, otherwise it will be deemed invalid.
