Work steps

1. When the garbage enters the factory, it is first unloaded onto the loading and unloading platform and sent to the plate conveyor by the loader. Then the garbage is transported to the manual sorting platform via the belt conveyor. This is done by sorting workers who sort out large objects and hazardous waste from the garbage.

2. The garbage after manual sorting enters the bag breaking machine. The bag breaking can tear the bagged garbage in the garbage for subsequent processing.

3. The garbage after breaking the bag is sent to the drum screen for processing by the belt conveyor, and organic matter is selected. The organic matter is separated by a suspended magnetic separator to select iron matter.

4. The iron on the drum screen can be separated by magnetic separation, and then sent to the integrated air separator for air separation treatment. The integrated air separator can separate bricks. , stones and other heavy materials, rubber, plastic, film, paper and other combustible materials.

5. According to customer needs, with appropriate manual sorting, flotation, water washing, color sorting and eddy current sorting, the separation of different substances in garbage can be achieved.
