The other company (the blocked party) is the registrant of this trademark and then authorizes it to your company. Now that the other company is forced to close down, its registered trademark will not automatically expire. There are two situations: first, the other company is forced to close but not cancelled in the industrial and commercial bureau, and your company can transfer the above trademark to your company through an agreement with the other company. Second, if the other company has been cancelled in the industrial and commercial bureau after the compulsory closure, according to the provisions of the Trademark Law, if the trademark registrant dies or terminates the trademark that has not been transferred for one year, anyone can apply for cancellation of the trademark, so your company can submit an application for cancellation of registration of the trademark at that time. After the Trademark Office revokes the trademark of the other company and approves the trademark registration submitted by your company, your company will enjoy the exclusive right to use the trademark.
