A three-dimensional trademark refers to a trademark consisting of a three-dimensional mark or a three-dimensional mark containing other marks. A three-dimensional trademark can be the shape of the product itself, the packaging of the product, or other three-dimensional marks. When applying for registration of a three-dimensional trademark, the applicant shall state this in the application. If it is not declared, it will be regarded as a two-dimensional trademark.

1) Simple three-dimensional shape:
A. The three-dimensional shape of the product itself;
B. The three-dimensional shape of the product container;
C. The three-dimensional shape of the product advertising material;
2) The three-dimensional shape is accompanied by a text trademark or a graphic trademark:
A. The three-dimensional shape of the product itself is accompanied by a text trademark or a graphic trademark;
B. The three-dimensional shape of the packaging or container of the product The shape is accompanied by a text trademark or a graphic trademark;
C. The three-dimensional shape of the product advertising material is accompanied by a text or graphic trademark.
