Objects in civil law refer to material entities outside the body of natural persons that can meet certain needs of people (material needs or spiritual needs) and can be controlled and dominated by human power.
Objects are the most important and common objects in civil legal relations, involving all property relations, and have the following characteristics:
(1) Existing outside the human body;
(2) Occupies a certain space and has a certain shape;
(3) Can be actually controlled by human power;
(4) Can satisfy people’s production or life Some kind of need.
