What materials are needed to apply for an ICP license?

5. Domain name certificate, server access agreement, pre-approval documents, etc.

Process for applying for an ICP license

1. Submit to the administrative service window of the Communications Administration Relevant application materials;

2. If the application materials submitted are complete and comply with the legal form, the provincial, autonomous region, or municipality Communications Administration Bureau will accept the application and issue a notice of acceptance; otherwise, it will not be accepted and the application will not be accepted.
