What materials are needed to apply for an ICP license?

1. Copy of the company’s business license

2. ID cards and resume documents of the company’s legal persons and shareholders.

3. Articles of Association with the official seal of the Industrial and Commercial Bureau.

4. The company’s equity structure chart (use professional software to draw after checking)

5. Domain name certificate, server access agreement, pre-approval documents, etc.

Process for applying for an ICP license

1. Submit to the administrative service window of the Communications Administration Relevant application materials;

2. If the application materials submitted are complete and comply with the legal form, the provincial, autonomous region, or municipality Communications Administration Bureau will accept the application and issue a notice of acceptance; otherwise, it will not be accepted and the application will not be accepted. If the application is not accepted, a notice of rejection of the application shall be issued to the applicant and the reasons shall be explained at the same time;

3. The Communications Administration Bureau shall submit the application materials to the relevant business office for content review if the enterprise accepts the application;

During the review process, the business office will explain the reasons for those companies whose application materials do not meet the legal requirements and submit them to the administrative service window to inform the applicant of all the content that needs to be supplemented and corrected at once.
