Certification body: China Green Food Development Center, which belongs to the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Agriculture, began to plan and actively carry out the work on green food in 199, and was formally established in November 1992. It is the authoritative body that organizes and guides the development and management of green food in China, and it is also the certification body of green food, and also the owner of green food marks and trademarks.

All kinds of national green food management service structures are the organizational support for the development of China's green food industry. At present, the Green Food Development Center has built three organizational management systems throughout the country and formed an efficient network: First, it has entrusted branch management institutions throughout the country to assist and cooperate with China Green Food Development Center in promoting, launching, guiding, managing and serving green food; The second is to entrust environmental testing institutions with provincial (autonomous region) level measurement certification qualifications throughout the country to be responsible for environmental monitoring and evaluation of green food producing areas; Third, entrust regional food quality monitoring institutions to monitor the quality of green food products. The construction of green food organization network adopts the way of entrustment and authorization, and separates the management system from the monitoring system, which not only ensures the fairness of green food supervision, but also increases the scientific nature of the whole green food development management system.
