The first stage: Certificate of conformity for regulated products certificate (product Certificate authentication)

The importer registers a SABER system account

The importer enters the PC certificate application information into the SABER system to apply for PC registration

The importer registers in the SABER system Select

Pay the PC certificate fee

Submit the approved documents to the SABER system

Issue a PC certificate, which is valid for 1 year.

The second stage: Shipment CoC certificate (inspection certificate)

The organization submits the Shipment CoC application to the SABER system;

Confirm the validity of the PC certificate;

Pay the Shipment CoC certification fee;

Issue a Shipment CoC certificate, which is only for this batch of imported goods.
