There are many places in Shenyang that young people particularly like, and those places often reveal a literary atmosphere from their appearance.
After checking the information, I found that these buildings are very valuable in themselves. Many of them were transformed from historical buildings and have become a "literary and artistic holy place" loved by young people in Shenyang.

Tiexi 1905 Cultural and Creative Park

1905 was the year when the first industrial enterprise was born in China’s industrial history. Tiexi is the birthplace of Shenyang industry, and many industrial achievements have been born here.
The 1905 Creative Cultural Park located in Tiexi was formerly the second metalworking workshop of Chongqing Group.
The first furnace of molten steel in New China was smelted here, and more than 40 "firsts in Japan and China" were created here. After the overall relocation of Chongqing Group, the second metalworking workshop was completely preserved as a witness of Tiexi Industry.
It is said that the establishment of Tiexi 1905 Creative Park also benefited from the efforts of three young returnees who jointly founded Shenyang 1905 Cultural Creative Co., Ltd.
In order to protect and inherit industrial culture, the design style and main structure of the original building in 1905 were retained, and many original relics were sealed with vacuum glass in accordance with the display standards of the national first-class museum. The interior is divided according to different needs, opening up multiple themed spaces with different meanings.
The smallest is only 29 square meters, and the largest reaches 1,200 square meters. An old factory covering an area of ??4,000 square meters has been transformed into a new creative territory of 10,000 square meters.

Tiemao 1956 Cultural and Creative Park
Tiemao 1956 Cultural and Creative Park is located in Dadong District, Shenyang. The predecessor was Shenyang emery cloth factory.
The Shenyang Emery Cloth Factory, founded in 1956, has carried the childhood memories of many Shenyang people. This was once the largest emery cloth and sandpaper manufacturing factory in Asia.
In 1971, Liaoning Machinery Import and Export Company helped register the "Iron Anchor" brand. In 1979, the Anchor brand abrasive cloth was rated as a superior product of Shenyang City (Quality Product of the Ministry of Machinery Industry).
From 1985 to 1987, Tiemao brand abrasive cloth was rated as a well-known trademark in Shenyang for three consecutive years and was the leading abrasive cloth brand at that time.
The Shenyang emery cloth factory gradually declined due to institutional problems in the 1990s, and production was completely suspended in 2002.
Later, the old factory area was converted into a cultural and creative park, and the name "Iron Anchor" continued.
After the renovation, while retaining a large amount of the original appearance of the industrial buildings, boldly innovated the architectural design, presenting a LOFT building complex with the characteristics of a northeastern courtyard.
The entire cultural and creative park is divided into three squares: Creative Square, Fashion Square, and Art Square. They correspond to three parts: creative office, consumer experience, and public art space.
Address: 50 meters northeast of the intersection of Dashizi Street and Yucai North Lane, Dadong District (near Joy City on Zhong Street).
Fengtian Memory Cultural and Creative Park
The predecessor of Fengtian Memory Cultural and Creative Park can be traced back to before the founding of New China.
The original site here was the then-famous Shenyang Flywheel Factory, also known as the Shenyang Bicycle Factory. The "Baishan" brand bicycles produced by it are well-known in the three northeastern provinces. Together with "Fenghuang" and "Yongyong", they were the only three famous brand bicycle factories in China at that time.
In 2016, ground was broken here, retaining the industrial elements of the original flywheel factory, and building a unique Republic of China industrial-themed building based on the existing building structure.
Now, it has become a cultural and tourism street, bringing together entertainment and shopping, film and television performances, art training, leisure dining and other businesses.
