I have heard that a friend who spent three unforgettable years at Envision resigned this year and went to an Internet company. I have a fairly deep understanding of this company. Just say something casually. If you don’t know the technology, just say something else.
1. Generally speaking, it is a very typical private enterprise. However, due to the large number and complexity of external employees, mixed with various groups of people from foreign companies, BAT, Huawei, state-owned enterprises, etc., it feels a bit different. .
2. The company attaches great importance to image; strong style. Just a few years after its establishment, I was so poor that I dared to spend millions to hire foreign designers to design trademarks and logos. Anyone who has been to a Shanghai company knows that the office decoration design is very particular and unique, giving people a great feeling.
3. When you come here, you will find that the working atmosphere is generally very depressing. Many external visitors who have visited have also whispered this to me many times. The overall tone of the company reveals two major themes: "coldness" and "constant challenge." It means working overtime to the death. No one will praise you if you achieve good results. If you don’t do well, you should reflect on it.
4. The money is still in place, and the boss is willing to spend money on talents. In fact, the company's finances are not as good as what the outside world sees. No matter what, the company will grit its teeth and recruit fresh graduates every year. Although the salary is not as good as that of Huawei and others, it is considered a good thing in the manufacturing industry.
5. Lack of humanistic care. There are very few small benefits and very little investment in employee care. It's not that there's no money, it's that it doesn't care at all. This is a company that is rushing forward crazily, and no one cares about the lives and feelings of its employees.
6. The environment is relatively simple and the technical atmosphere is quite good. This is due to the company HR's strict supervision. This company has high requirements for technology, academic qualifications, and personality. It likes humble and tough technical men the most. In general, my colleagues come from all over the world, have high average academic qualifications and good character.
My advice
For students who did not get the offer: Don’t worry about it, just treat it as an experience. If you have seen enough of the world, you will know what it means to have mountains beyond the mountains.
Students with offers: If you have great interest in wind power technology, energy Internet and other concepts, choosing to join is a good choice for you to invest in the future.
If you don’t have a clear idea yet, you are just waiting and comparing. Personally, I don’t recommend joining Vision. First, the industry is too small and has low visibility. Second, the company is still in the entrepreneurial stage, and its overall scale and management are not on track. It is just a mess of work without systematic development.
Third, the presentations have been repeated, and wind power is still based on the manufacturing industry. This industry is too small, and its future development and transformation are very unclear.
In short, excluding those who want to start a business or work for their dreams, most students should still work honestly. The first job is so important. It is important to choose an industry with large scale and bright prospects. The company's platform is also very important. You will know when you change jobs and find a job in three to five years. Of course, in the end, you still have to rely on your own efforts.
