Declaration conditions: natural persons (limited to natural persons permitted to engage in business activities in accordance with the law), legal persons or Other organizations need to obtain exclusive trademark rights for their goods or services.

Documents required for application: "Business License" or other valid documents proving the applicant's identity (subject qualification)

Materials to be submitted: 1) Trademark registration application with official seal; 2) A copy of the "Business License" or other valid documents proving the applicant's identity (subject qualification); 3) Trademark logo; 4) If the trademark applied for registration is a portrait of a person, a notarized consent of the portrait right holder should be attached. The portrait serves as a declaration document for trademark registration; 5) If the applicant is a natural person, in addition to providing the above materials, a copy of the ID card is also required.
