For enterprises with sales revenue of more than 200 million yuan in the most recent year, the total research and development expenses for the three fiscal years should account for no less than 2% of the total sales revenue; have a university degree Scientific and technical personnel with a college degree or above or intermediate professional titles or above account for more than 10% of the total number of employees of the enterprise that year, among which R&D personnel account for more than 6% of the total number of employees of the enterprise that year;

If the enterprise was registered and established for less than 3 years, the Calculation of actual operating years;

(4) Revenue from high-tech products (services) accounts for more than 60% of the company's total revenue for the year;

(5) Having sound and good production, technology, Financial and other management systems;
