Complain to the other party’s Baidu customer service, contact the other party’s Baidu customer service, and ask them to go directly to the account to process the relevant infringing materials offline. This method is the most direct, and the processing cycle is 1 working day. The premise is that you have channels to inquire about the customer service of the other party's account. Specific operation process: Find the other party’s company name—Find the company’s regional agent—Find the employee of the regional agent (can be sales or customer service)—Ask them to help find the corresponding customer service (telephone) within the company—Call customer service Communication processing. Of course, if they are customers of the same agent, it will be much more convenient to deal with them. They can go offline after communicating with their colleagues.
3. Contact peers directly to handle offline materials. Processing process: Search for your own brand terms - see the other party's advertisement and click on it - enter the website to communicate online, or make a phone call to communicate directly - the other party handles infringing materials. This method of communication is highly efficient, but the other party may not be able to handle it. It depends on the person who directly operates the account online. In fact, even the person who directly operates the account will make a fuss!
4. Call Baidu Promotion 400 complaint hotline: 400-890-0088 and explain the situation (it can be more serious, such as the other party going to court). If there is a trademark in this way, It's definitely no problem. The processing cycle varies, it depends on whether it is serious or not!
