Trademark Class 30 includes coffee, tea, cocoa and coffee substitutes; rice; edible starch and sago; flour and cereal products; bread, pastries and sweets; edible ice; sugar, honey, syrup; fresh food Yeast, baking powder; salt; mustard; vinegar, sauce (condiment); spices; ice (frozen water).

This category mainly includes foods from plants for daily use or storage, as well as condiments for seasoning.

Includes in particular: beverages containing coffee, cocoa or chocolate; cereals for human consumption (such as oatmeal or other cereals).

In particular, it does not include: certain plant foods (consult the alphabetical list); non-edible preservative salts (Class 1); herbal teas and medicinal nutritional products (Class 5); baby foods (Class 5) Class 5); unprocessed cereals (Class 31); animal feed (Class 31).
