1. Materials

The materials used in the products should not pollute the water quality, and corrosive materials are not allowed. The product is exposed to hot water at 9℃ for less than 1min, and the smell of water does not change.

2. Appearance quality

1) The outer surface of copper casting shall be free from defects such as shrinkage cavity, sand holes, cracks and air holes, and the inner cavity shall not be adhered with molding sand.

2) The outer surface of plastic parts should not have obvious defects such as ripples, scratches and decorative damage.

3) All surfaces that can be touched by human body in use should not have sharp edges and corners and other hidden dangers that may cause harm to human body.

4) After installation, there shall be no unplated areas on the electroplated surface, and the surface shall be bright and uniform, and peeling, peeling and bubbles are not allowed.

3. Identification, packaging, transportation and storage

1) The product shall bear the permanent identification of the registered trademark.

2) The single product package shall be marked with the manufacturer's name, product name, product model, registered trademark, implementation standard number, production date, etc. (except special requirements of customers).

3) the product shall be accompanied by the factory inspection certificate and installation instructions.

4) each set of products should be packaged separately and ensure that there is no destructive collision between the parts of the products.

5) The products should be protected from rain, damp and bumping during transportation, and should be handled with care when consigned.

6) The product shall be stored in a well-ventilated and dry room, and shall not be stored with acid, alkali or corrosive articles.
