The conditions for a foreign-related patent agency include: establishment time of more than 2 years, having more than 10 patent agents, etc. The establishment of a patent agency shall meet the following conditions: (1) Have an agency name that complies with the provisions of Article 10 of these Measures; (2) Have a partnership agreement or articles of association; (3) Have partners or partners that conform to the provisions of Article 11 of these Measures Shareholders; (4) Having a fixed office space and necessary work facilities.
