Collecting the beauty of mountains and rivers and taking the essence of heaven and earth, Chongyang Liquor Industry is uniquely endowed by nature and has become an ecological garden of Chinese liquor. Chongyang wine industry originated from the Yaolin Shaohuang in the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty (1881). The "Yaolin wine" brewed in its unique cellar has a fragrant fragrance that spreads for ten miles, and is famous in Sichuan, making "Yaolin wine, every family has it" good story.

The Qing Dynasty cellar that has lasted for more than a hundred years is still in use today, and was rated as a "Chengdu Cultural Relics Protection Unit" in 2007, becoming the only one in Chengdu besides the Shuijingfang site that was included in the "Cultural Relics Protection Unit" Unit's wine cellar. In 1952, Chongqing County State-owned Winery was established based on Yao Lin Shao Fang and 18 Shao Fang in the county, which is the predecessor of today's Chongyang Liquor Industry. In 1990, it was renamed Sichuan Chongyang Winery. In 1997, after the company was restructured, it was called Sichuan Chongyang Wine Co., Ltd. Chongyang Liquor Industry took the lead in passing the ISO-9002 international quality system certification in 1999. It now has more than 100 acres of ecological brewing industrial park with assets of hundreds of millions of yuan. On the basis of summarizing the brewing experience of past generations, it uses Yao Lin's unique century-old cellars, Due to the special ecological conditions such as the sweet spring water in Laojing, the best sorghum, wheat, and corn are used as raw materials, and the traditional craftsmanship is combined with modern science and technology. The "ecological puree" brewed is clear, transparent, mellow, sweet, soft, fragrant, and delicious to drink. The aftermath is refreshing.

Chongyang Liquor Industry is based on the four major brands of Chongyang, Shuzhouchun, Shuquan and Jiuerge. The four major series of products have all won the titles of China's high-quality wine and high-quality liquor. Chongyang brand Chongyang Daqu was rated as an excellent product by the Ministry of Commerce as early as 1988, filling the gap in other flavor-medicinal flavor wines in Sichuan Province, and providing a basis and physical standard sample for technical evaluation. Shuquan Liquor and Shuzhou Chuntequ Liquor have won the Los Angeles International Golden Eagle Gold Award and the Brussels International Wine Expo Quality Award in Belgium respectively. In June 1994 and September 1996, Shuquan brand series wines were registered in South Korea and Japan, and Shuquan JAPN (Japan) Co., Ltd. was established in Japan, successfully entering the international market and starting a business in Chongyang Liquor Industry. History has once again written a glorious page.

Since 2004, the "Chongyang" brand and "Shuzhou Spring" brand have both been rated as "Famous Trademarks of Sichuan Province", and Chongyang Liquor has been rated as "Excellent Leading Enterprise in China's Food Industry". At the same time, the company was recommended as the "Executive Director Unit of Sichuan Brewery Association". In 2008, the "Chongyang" brand was rated as "Sichuan Time-honored Brand", and the "Chongyang" brand and "Shuzhou Chun" brand series wines were recently included in the "Chengdu City 0 Recommended Wines". "Chongyang Wine Cellar" (formerly "Yao Shaofang" wine cellar group) is listed as a cultural relic protection unit in Chengdu; "Chongyang Daqu Brewing Technique" is listed as an intangible cultural heritage under protection in Sichuan Province.
