2. The official review will include the legality of the application documents, trademark drawings and power of attorney. Whether the trademark is available and other related issues.

3. Announcement stage. If the trademark application is deemed acceptable after review, an announcement will be made in the Canadian Official Trademark Gazette. The objection period is 2 months.

4. After the above procedures are completed, Canadian trademark users need to submit a statement of use. After the Trademark and Patent Office receives the declaration of use, it will conduct an inquiry again. A trademark registration certificate will then be issued.
