1. Overview
Chengli Special Vehicle Rear Loading and Unloading Garbage Truck is also called Compression Garbage Truck (hereinafter referred to as garbage truck) is a special vehicle used for the collection, transportation and unloading of bagged, barreled and bulk domestic garbage in cities and towns. The garbage is pushed into the truck compartment by the vehicle-mounted garbage propeller, also known as the negative pressure mechanism, so that the garbage is distributed at a higher density and more evenly in the truck compartment until it is full; the collection and transportation method of this garbage truck is currently widely used in the world. In the garbage collection and transportation mode, the functions of its special devices are powered by automobile engines and are realized manually or electronically through hydraulic mechanisms. The vehicle's box body, loader, also known as bucket body, and sewage tank are all made of high-quality carbon steel plates with fully sealed and welded structures, which have the advantages of high strength, light weight, and no secondary pollution.

2. Structural diagram

Step 1. Rotate the bucket (plate) operating knob to the left lower flip position to turn the bucket. Put the barrel (plate) mechanism down, loosen the knob and return to the neutral position, then rotate the scraper operating knob to the right retracted position, retract the scraper, loosen the knob and return to the neutral position, ready to start hanging the bucket.

Step 2. Hang up the trash can, rotate the bucket turning operation knob to the right upward position, the trash can flips upward, and the garbage is automatically discharged into the arc-shaped bucket body, loosen the knob and return to the neutral position; As shown in the picture:

Step 4. Rotate the scraper operating knob to the left scraping position, and the scraper moves along the arc The bucket body scrapes up the garbage, loosen the knob and return to the neutral position; as shown in the figure:
Steps. Rotate the slide plate operating knob to the upper right sliding position (note: the cylinder seat under the scraper must exceed the position marked by the travel switch), and the slide plate Drive the scraper to slide up at the same time, loosen the knob and return to the neutral position. Step 6. Rotate the negative pressure operating knob to the right push position, and the garbage will be pushed out. Push the negative pressure plate into the carriage, loosen the knob and return it to the neutral position; as shown in the figure:
Step 7. Rotate the negative pressure operating knob to the left retracted position, retract the negative pressure plate, loosen the knob and return it to the neutral position. Complete the loading of garbage once; as shown in the figure:
If you want to load garbage again, please continue the cycle operation from step 1 (rotate the scraper operating knob to the closing position and prepare to start hanging the bucket);
If there is no need to load again, rotate the barrel turning operating knob to the right upward position, turn the barrel turning mechanism up, and then release the power take-off before the whole vehicle can move.
Unloading garbage
Step 8. Before unloading garbage, when the whole vehicle reaches 6 standard air pressures, hang up the power take-off and rotate the front-stage two-way multi-way valve. Move the bucket lifting operating knob to the right lifting position, and the bucket body is lifted. Release the knob and return to the neutral position to prepare for unloading garbage; as shown in the figure:
Step 9. Rotate the push plate operating knob to the right pushing position. The push plate in the car compartment pushes the garbage out of the car compartment. Loosen the knob to complete the garbage unloading work; as shown in the figure:
Step 10. Rotate the push plate operation knob to the left retraction position, the push plate is retracted, loosen the knob; and then Rotate the bucket lifting operation knob to the left drop position, lower the bucket body and lock it with the carriage. Loosen the knob and release the power take-off at the same time (if the bucket turning mechanism is in the lowered position, please turn it up). At this time, the whole vehicle can move. IV. Brief description of structure
1. Carriage box
Chengli large compression garbage truck body uses No. 16 low alloy channel steel and 8mm, 5mm, 4mm , 16Mn steel plates are welded. The channel steel at the bottom of the carriage is not only the basic installation and connection component of the steel structure, but also the push plate support. Lightweight maximizes the effective space of the box and reduces the center of gravity of the structure.
Chengche’s standard compression garbage truck is welded with No. 12 low-alloy channel steel and 5mm, 4mm, and 16Mn steel plates. The box body is fixed to the car chassis through additional beams.
The bottom plate of the carriage is a fully sealed structure. Sewage corrodes and all accumulated water in the carriage is discharged into the sewage tank of the bucket body to avoid corrosion of the box and
car chassis, as well as to avoid leakage to the roadside during driving. Leaking and spilling sewage effectively prevents secondary pollution.
2. Bucket body
The bucket body is also called a garbage loader. The loader consists of a frame frame, a guide rail, a curved hopper, a scraper, a slide plate, a negative pressure plate and a light cover Composed of parts. Through the sequential actions of the scraper cylinder, skateboard cylinder and negative pressure plate, the function of cyclically pressing the materials in the hopper into the carriage is realized. Eight rollers are installed on both sides of the skateboard, which have low friction coefficient, high strength, and can swing slightly to ensure long-term use of the guide rail without wear.
The loader is also the sealing device at the rear of the carriage. It realizes the opening and closing actions through the lifting cylinder, sliding hinge and locking device.
There is a sewage tank at the bottom of the loader, and the accumulated water inside the carriage and the excess water in the hopper flow into the sewage tank. During unloading, all sewage in the sewage tank can be discharged automatically or manually.
3. Bucket turning mechanism
Based on user needs, a barrel turning mechanism, plate turning mechanism or bucket tipping mechanism can be installed. This mechanism adopts hydraulic double-acting double-cylinder turning, iron barrel or plastic barrel. The barrel is locked by the system during the flipping process, which is safe, stable, strong and structurally reasonable.
Note: When the vehicle is moving, the mechanism is turned up to facilitate normal driving.
4. Hydraulic system
The hydraulic cylinder action of this vehicle uses a circuit to control the air path, the air path valve controls the cylinder, the cylinder operates a hydraulic multi-way valve, and the hydraulic multi-way valve controls the cylinder action . The operation is simple and reliable, and it also has manual direct operation of the hydraulic multi-way valve and bidirectional control of a single hydraulic system.
The hydraulic system consists of a fuel tank and filter system, oil pump, multi-way reversing valve, one-way throttle valve, oil cylinder, oil pipe, etc. The power of the system comes from the engine, and the power is separated through the power take-off, which drives the gear pump to work.
The gear pump sucks the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil tank through the oil suction filter, and the multi-way valve (located behind the cab and at the front of the car) supplies oil. When the multi-way valve works, the negative pressure plate cylinder, skateboard cylinder, scraper cylinder, bucket lifting cylinder or push plate cylinder moves. When the hydraulic cylinder does not work, the hydraulic oil returns directly to the tank through the multi-way valve.
5. Maintenance
1. The use and maintenance of the chassis and engine parts of the vehicle shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the chassis vehicle instruction manual.
2. During the running-in stage of a new vehicle, the driving mileage is between 1,500-2,500km and the box is lifted (push plate) and unloaded within 900 times. The loading capacity is 70% of the rated load mass. The engine must not be used during unloading. Manganese blasts the throttle.
3. After the cylinder has been operated for 300 times, all working oil should be replaced. Unscrew the oil drain plug of the hydraulic oil tank, then inject new oil from the upper oil filling hole, then start the engine and test run each cylinder twice to confirm that it works reliably.
4. High-pressure oil pipes should be replaced regularly every two years. If cracks, damage, shoulder swelling, etc. are found during use, they should be replaced in time.
5. Check the oil leakage of the hydraulic system frequently, and repair and replace the oil seal in time.
6. General automotive lithium-based grease (GB5671-85) is used for lubrication. You can use a grease gun to drive it in from the grease nozzle until it is squeezed out from the gap.
7. Clean the entire vehicle, carriage box, and inner surface of the pressure filler after each day's work. Check the hydraulic oil inventory frequently, add lubricating oil to each moving part regularly, and apply lubricating oil to the surface of each guide rail.
8. Regularly check and adjust the working pressure of the gear oil pump; check the oil filter element, remove surface impurities or replace the filter element; regularly replace the hydraulic oil.
VI. Precautions
1. It is strictly prohibited to put construction waste into this series of garbage trucks to avoid damaging the machine parts.
2. If abnormal movement is found during the operation of the hydraulic system, the work should be stopped immediately, the cause should be analyzed, and the fault should be eliminated. Never force work.
3. Whether engaging or disengaging the power take-off, the clutch pedal must be depressed; when the power take-off and the multi-way reversing valve are in working condition, garbage must not enter the driving state.
4. The pressure regulating device of the hydraulic system is the pressure regulating bolt on the multi-way reversing valve. After the bolt has been adjusted and locked by pressure calibration, it must not be adjusted at will during use. Users are not allowed to adjust the oil pressure at will.
5. The one-way throttle valve on the top of the pressure packer is a device that controls the descending speed of the pressure packer. It must not be adjusted at will after it is set and locked.
6. The vehicle collection bucket should be closed until the collection bucket drops to the bottom, the lock tongue and the lock block are engaged, and the closing is completed.
7. Do not flush water into the hydraulic tank when washing the car. Check the hydraulic oil level frequently. If the hydraulic oil is insufficient, add it in time. All oil joints must not leak.
8. During maintenance, collisions should be prevented to avoid damage, deformation and scratches to parts. Pay attention to cleaning when assembling parts.
7. Judgment and treatment of hydraulic system faults
When the hydraulic mechanism is not working properly. You should first check whether the power take-off is correctly engaged, whether there is sufficient hydraulic oil in the tank, and whether the suction pipe ball valve is fully open.
1. The hydraulic mechanism has no action. Check according to the following steps.
a. Is there sufficient oil in the hydraulic tank? Hydraulic oil should be added when insufficient;
b. Observe whether the oil inlet pipe from the oil tank to the oil pump is deflated due to aging. If this occurs, the oil inlet pipe should be replaced.
c. Check whether the gear oil pump fails.
Install the pressure gauge, twist the pressure-regulating bolt, and observe whether the gauge reaches the specified value;
d. If the specified oil pressure still cannot be reached after the pressure-regulating bolt is fully screwed in, the gear oil pump has failed. Replace the gear oil pump;
e. If the gear oil pump works normally, the multi-way reversing valve spool is blocked. The valve core should be removed, cleaned of impurities, and reinstalled before use.
2. The hydraulic mechanism moves but is powerless
Check whether the gear oil pump fails and whether the system pressure reaches the specified value.
3. The hydraulic mechanism slows down
Check whether the gear oil pump fails and whether the suction oil filter and return oil filter core are clogged.
