Solid tires are generally divided into bonded tires and non-bonded tires. The former refers to the tire whose rubber is vulcanized directly on the rim, and the latter refers to the tire which is vulcanized and then fixed on the rim. According to the shape, there are two types: cylindrical solid tire and inclined bottom solid tire; According to the use, it can be divided into antistatic, conductive, oil-resistant, high-load solid tires and environmentally-friendly seamless solid tires.
Advantages of solid tires
The solid tire and rim are pressed together by interference fit, and the tire slip ring will be caused by excessive heat expansion of the carcass. Fiber glue has the advantages of good rigidity, high hardness, good stiffness, small deformation, small expansion coefficient and low calorific value, which fundamentally eliminates the slip ring phenomenon caused by tire heat expansion in the hub.
The blockage and cracking of tires are caused by many factors. In addition to the external factors such as hard injuries during use, the internal factors are mainly caused by rubber aging, and mainly thermal aging and photoaging. The use of fiber glue reduces the heating of tires, thus eliminating the phenomena of cracks and lumps caused by thermal aging damage of rubber.
